A little about the journey so far

Lucy Shardalow is a contemporary indie-folk singer/songwriter who grew up on the Moray Coast of Scotland, studied in Glasgow, lived in London and is now based in Edinburgh. Her debut EP, Sense of Soul, is a record that shouldn't exist. In 2021, while working full-time for the NHS, a perfect storm of life events and identity struggles as an identical twin culminated in a severe episode of psychosis. In the challenging aftermath of that crisis, and while subsequently navigating a battle with chronic physical illness, she turned to music to reclaim her voice.
